Winner Takes All

September 1 - October 15, 2011

Opening Reception
First Thursday, September 1
5-8 p.m.

Summer may be over before it began, but PUNCH Gallery is here to bring some sunshine into your life by offering a whole collection of art to ONE VERY LUCKY WINNER. This marks the third time we've cast convention aside, done away with democracy, and embraced the "que sera sera" of the lottery system. Perhaps you've been to the gallery and have been impressed with the consistent quality of work we've exhibited. You may even be a patron and already own a piece or two by a PUNCH member. Ten dollars and a prayer get you a chance to complete that dream collection.

Your Donation Will:
  • Keep artist memberships affordable
  • Help us to provide more opportunities to a broader range of artists
  • Provide a place for artists to exhibit work free from the constraints of commercialism
  • Encourage the creation of work that is thoughtful, fearless and fresh

This exhibition closes, the sweepstakes offer ends, and the winner will be drawn, at 5 p.m. on October 16, 2011 at SMCU's Coopalooza in the Fisher Pavilion.

The drawing ceremony is open to the public, so feel free to stop by. The winner will be posted on our website. You need not be present at time of drawing to win.

One lucky person wins the entire exhibition!
Stay tuned for images of the exhibition and opening reception.

Odds of Winning
This contest has been limited to 500 entry tickets. Final odds of winning will be determined by the final number of valid entries received.

Non-profit, tax-deductible?
PUNCH Gallery is a member-supported, artist-run gallery. Although PUNCH has not made and shall not make any disbursement of income to its members, directors or officers, we also have not completed the application process for official 501(c)3 status with the IRS. We're working on it, but in the meantime, your donations to PUNCH Gallery are not considered tax-deductible.
